PURPOSE:To provide a circuit board connector which enhances relibility on electric connection between a circuit board and a terminal. CONSTITUTION:A slit-form gap is provided in each of a pair of flexible arms 5 installed extending in the lower part of a housing body in order to detain a connection terminal 2 with the housing body 1, and semi-elliptical detent bosses 5a are furnished on the arms in their positions mating with each other. The connection terminal 2 is provided with an approx. rhombic detent hole 7 to be engaged by the bosses 5a. When the flexible arm 5 in the housing body 1 is thermally expanded with the rise of the temp., the bosses 5a, 5b move downward in the condition that they remain contacting the tapered edge members 7b, 7d of the inner edge of the detent hole 7 so as to absorb dimensional change of the housing body 1. Accordingly the terminal is not influenced by elongation/contraction of the housing body, and the connection part between the circuit board and terminal is free of breakage or the terminal is free of deformation, and it is possible to ensure stable electric connections. |
