发明名称 PRINTED MATTER INSPECTING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance inspection accuracy by employing a rectangular reflection light take-in port for each optical path pipe and making holes communicated with the rectangular hole at four corners thereof thereby eliminating dead angle from the view of each light receiving element. CONSTITUTION:A light source 12 and a plurality of light receiving elements 13 and optical path pipes 14 are housed in a casing 11 and a dustproof transparent board 15 is disposed oppositely to a printed matter. The plurality of light receiving elements 13 and optical path pipes 14 are arranged in series each other on the side of the light source 12. Each light receiving element 13 comprises a photodiode and the like and measures the amount of light reflected on the printed matter. Each optical path pipe 14 is provided corresponding to each light receiving element 13 and introduces light reflected on the printed matter through a reflected light take-in port 14A to each light receiving element 13. Holes communicating with the rectangular hole 21 are made at four corners of the rectangular hole 21, i.e., reflected light take-in ports 14A of respective optical path pipes 14. In other words, corners of rectangular hole are subjected to connotative or inscribing boring.
