摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a movement detecting time by improving the accuracy and compression efficiency of a moving vector of a chrominance signal by circuit size less than twice of convensional constitution. CONSTITUTION:A movement detector 1 respectively inputs a luminance signal and a chrominance signal in a current frame to a luminance signal moving vector forming part 10 and a chrominance signal moving vector forming part 11. The forming part 11 supplies a difference vector to a chrominance signal moving vector forming part 20A in a movement compensating part 2 and the forming part 10 supplies a luminance signal moving vector to the forming part 20A and a variation determining part 20C. The forming part 20A scales the luminance signal moving vector, synthesizes the scaled vector with a chrominance signal difference vector to form a chrominance signal moving vector and supplies the formed moving vector to the determining part 20C.</p> |
