PURPOSE:To present accurate resistance value, lessen error even with varying temp. and humidity, and facilitate manufacture. CONSTITUTION:Conductive circuit patterns 12, electrodes 14, etc., are provided on a circuit board 10 made of fire retardant resin film. A resistor 20 is formed between the electrodes 14 and subjected to laser trimming. A flexible film 32 is put on the surface of this resistor 20 with a sticky layer 34 interposed.
