<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pattern kept horizontal even when the camera is supported with a tilt due to panning or the like by correcting the tilt of the camera. CONSTITUTION:A tilt taking an optical axis of a camera as its turning axis is detected by a tilt sensor 10. A CCD image pickup element 2 is turned in a direction by taking its optical axis as a turning axis with a CCD image pickup element turning mechanism 3 in response to the detection output. Thus, the tilt taking the optical axis of the camera as the turning axis is corrected.</p> |
