PURPOSE:To reflect the revision of a database of all parts information on a parts information file by deciding the identification number of each parts and then producing a parts common list and a parts proper list for each parts identification number. CONSTITUTION:When a system is revised, only an idividual system parts proper information file 24 is saved into a floppy disk before revision of the system and then restored after revision of the system. Thus, the parts omitted out of an all parts information database 20 of an old version or the wrong parts can be changed and newly added to the database 20. Thus, the parts information can be generated again and therefore, an all system parts information file 23 is also revised together with revision of the system. Thus, this change is reflected on the file 23. Furthermore, the correspondence is secured between both files 23 and 24 when the identification numbers of the parts added into the file 24 are added to each system proper information given to the parts added newly after revision of the system. |
