PURPOSE:To form the whole in a compact state and to suppress incurring of energy loss by a method wherein the generated heat of the condenser of a refrigeration cycle is effectively utilized as a heat source for a hot water supplying device. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 14 of a refrigeration cycle 24 is contained in a state to be immersed in water in a feed hot water tank 26 and the refrigeration cycle 24 and the feed hot water supply tank 26 are combined together to form a unit. Water in the hot water supply tank 26 is caused to pass through the heat dissipation part of the condenser 14 and simultaneously with cooling of the condenser 14 by means of water, water is heated. Air fed with the aid of a blast fan 22 is caused to pass through an evaporator 18 to generate cooling air, which is discharged to a duct 30. A main duct 32 communicating with a toilet 12 through the duct 30 is branched into an auxiliary duct 36 communicating with an exhaust duct 34 of the toilet 12. By switching a first switching damper 38 arranged at a branch part between the main duct 32 and the auxiliary duct 36, cooling air is caused to pass through the main duct 32 during the summer season to effect cooling of the toilet 12. When there is no need for cooling, cooling air is caused to flow through the auxiliary duct 36 and discharged to the outside of a room. |
