<p>PURPOSE:To perform processing for a window which is opened first while holding windows which are currently opened as they are by opening a window other than the windows which are currently opened. CONSTITUTION:As windows are opened in order, process names and file names corresponding to the respective windows are stored in a table 19 together with data indicating the depths of the layers of the respective windows. When a 3rd application process 18 is actuated, only one window corresponding to the process 18 is present on the desk top. When an item corresponding to a 2nd process 17 is selected in a submenu in this window by using a mouse 3, the press 18 takes the corresponding process name and file name out of the table 19 and sends a command to a control process 15. The control process 15 actuates and generates a 4th process 20 corresponding to the 2nd process 17 as an independent process and opens a window at a different position.</p> |
