PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of instantaneous disconnection generating the interruption of voice in talking by switching a connection state between a mobile communication signal processor and a MODEM in an communication path changing device at the time of a hand-off state. CONSTITUTION:At the time of setting up a call, it is supposed that a radio base station 10 and a mobile communication control station 1 respectively allocate a MODEM 11 in the station 10 and a mobile communication signal processor 3 to the call. In this case, the MODEM 11 and the processor 3 are mutually connected by a transmission line 8 through a communication path changing device 15 in the base station 10 and connected to a fixed network through a mobile exchange 2 in the control station 1 to execute talking. When the base station 10 changes a radio channel to be communicated with a mobile set and changes a MODEM to be used from the MODEM 11 to a MODEM 12, the device 15 in the station 10 exchanges the line connecting the MODEM 11 to the line 8 to the MODEM 12, so that the MODEM to be used by a call is changed and hand-off operation can be executed.
