MOBILE BODY COMMUNICATION NETWORK OPERATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute conversion between a VSELP system and a mu-rule voice coding system while including both of a full rate and a half rate and to prevent system servicability or the working rate of equipment from being deteriorated even when the mixing rate of both the systems is changed in a mobile body communication network use control system for controlling the use of a digital mobile body communication network. CONSTITUTION:In the case of transmission/reception of a mobile body communication terminal adopting the 1st voice coding system, an operation control means 4 allows a speed conversion means 2a to convert a transmission speed correspondingly to the 1st voice coding system and allows a selection means 3c to select the 1st voice code conversion means 3a to constitute the 1st route. In the case of the transmission/reception of a mobile body communication terminal adopting the 2nd voice coding system, the means 4 allows the means 2a to convert the transmission speed correspondingly to the 2nd voice coding system and allows the means 3c to select the 2nd voice code conversion means 3b to constitute the 2nd route.
