PURPOSE:To store and communicate WP document data as they are, and to print-output the WP document data after converting them into facsimile signals. CONSTITUTION:The document data generated by the WP and allotment destination information are received by a WP document input control part 1 and the destination information and document information are separated from the document data and are sent to a storage part 4. The storage part 4 manages collectively the destination information as the facsimile number of an opposite party and the document information as the document information for conversion. Since the information stored in the storage part 4 needs to be converted once in the case that it is transmitted to a facsimile, the document information for conversion is sent to a printer emulating part 2 so as to convert it into image data. The converted image data are sent further to an encoding part 3 and is converted into the facsimile signal which is sent to the storage part 4. After the storage part 4 receives the facsimile signal, it sends it to the facsimile of an opposite party by using a communication control part 5, 6. Besides, if the communication control part 5, 6 are provided with file communicating functions, they send the WP document without converting it into the facsimile signals. |
