PURPOSE:To realize an electrolytic capacitor which provides excellent reproduced sound by utilizing a tape, on which a hard carbon film is formed, as a winding stoppage tape for a capacitor element. CONSTITUTION:A winding stoppage tape is formed by forming a hard carbon film by the CVD (chemical vapor deposition) method to the one surface of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and coating the other surface with a pressure sensitive adhesive agent of aclylic resin group. These anode foil and cathode foil are wound with a separator and the external circumference is fastened with the winding stoppage tape to manufacture a capacitor element. The electrolytic capacitor is used as a coupling capacitor between amplifiers for monitoring reproduction of a compact disk. Thereby, excellent reproduced sound, ensuring thick increasing the volume middle and in mid and frequency range with reduced noise can be obtained.
