PURPOSE:To improve sealing property by inclining the side edge of a cleaning blade and/or the edge of a sealing material abutting on the side edge of the cleaning blade. CONSTITUTION:Tapered parts 61 and 62 are formed at both edges of the cleaning blade 6 so that they may be narrow in the attaching direction of the blade 6, and tapered parts nearly in parallel with the tapered parts 61 and 62 are formed also at the inside edges of elastic sealing materials 10 opposed to the parts 61 and 62. Furthermore, a distance between the tapered parts at the inside edges of the sealing materials on both sides in a natural state is a little smaller than a distance between the corresponding tapered parts 61 and 62 of the blade 6 at the respective positions at the tapered parts so that both edges of the blade 6 may press-contact to the inside edges of the sealing materials 10 when the blade 6 reaches a specified position. In the case the blade 6 is positioned at the specified position, the sealing material 10 is stuck to a sticking member 5a so that the tapered parts 61 and 62 at both ends of the blade may be overlapped on the inside edges of the sealing materials on both sides by a proper amount.
