The ventilation device includes a case (2) having solid side walls, a base and a top with a protective grid (3) at the front and no wall at the rear. The casing extends at the front to direct the air flow and the grid only extends two-thirds the way down to allow axis to the reservoir (4) where the non-toxic odorous liquid or solid is placed. The top has a handle (1) attached. The motor (9) is fixed on a pivot (6) above the battery (7) and has an on/off switch (8) to the rear and a screw propeller (5) at the front. The supply may be AC or DC. The reservoir may be fixed or movable, and with or without a cover.
