REPLACING APPARATUS FOR REFERENCE PIN OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MOUNTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To accurately and quickly replace a reference pin in an electronic component mounting machine when the types of products are changed or the like and to increase the production efficiency of the title replacing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A hole diameter in a board 4 which has been mounted on a conveyance loader 5 is detected by a recognition camera 3 which is provided on a head 8 in an orthogonal robot 9. A reference pin 10 which is optimum for the hole diameter is selected from a holder 6 on the basis of its detection data; it is replaced by means of a chuck 2 which is provided on the head 8. Thereby, the reference pin 10 can be replaced accurately and quickly.
