Thread-containing paper having reinforcing threads arranged between upper and lower paper members, or a thread-containing gummed tape having a remoisturizable bonding agent layer on one surface of remoisturizable bonding agent layer on one surface of a tape substrate reinforced by inserting reinforcing threads between upper and lower paper members, wherein a water-soluble or water-dispersible bonding agent is used as an upper and lower paper member pasting bonding agent, and water-soluble threads as the reinforcing threads mentioned above. According to this invention, regenerable thread-containing paper and thread-containing gummed tape which have strength equal to that of conventional products of this kind, and, moreover, perfect disaggregation characteristics can be obtained.
