A solid electrolytic capacitor consists of a sintered anode (1) made of a valve metal, an oxide layer arranged thereon serving as dielectric, and also a semiconducting electrolyte (5) as cathode. Arranged on the electrolytic layer (5) is a graphite layer (6) which is provided with an electroconductive layer (7). In the environment of the cathode terminal (12), there is an electrically insulating layer (8), so that a further electroconductive layer (9) has no electrical contact with the first electroconductive layer (7). The electroconductive layers (7, 9) are provided with tin layers (10, 16), which are bridged by a fuse wire (11). The sintered body (1) furthermore has an anode terminal (2), on which an external anode terminal element (3) is arranged on a welding point (4).
