Invented is a rotating electric shaver with two heads whereof the number of revolutions amounts 2/3. This gives the possibility for more measuredly shaving without excessively irritating skin. So the rotation speed has been adapted to more leisurely shaving movements or rather "wet-style shaving". There is a more calm operation, whilst the apparatus rotates less warm. The shaving becomes some more continuous, joint with a coming to more consciousness, however without the drawbacks of wet-shaving.
