<p>A device for transmitting a driving force of a double-screw extruder comprising: first and second output gears (3 and 4) which are staggered in the axial direction and respectively fitted over first and second output shafts (1 and 2) which are coupled to first and second screws of the double-screw extruder; first bottom and first top gears (5 and 6) which are disposed so as to interpose the first output gear (3) from above and from below; second bottom and second top gears (7 and 8) which are disposed so as to interpose said second output gear (4); and a reduction gear mechanism (B) for dividing a driving force from a common driving source (C) into four equal components and distributing them to said first bottom, first top, second bottom, second top gears, (5, 6, 7 and 8). Particularly, said reduction gear mechanism (B) includes: a top intermediate shaft (11) put through gears (9 and 10) which are respectively in mesh with said first top and second top gears (6 and 8); a bottom intermediate shaft put through gears (12 and 13) which are respectively in mesh with said first bottom and second bottom gears (5 and 7); and a center shaft (18) having a driving gear wheel (17) commonly in mesh with a top and a bottom input gears (15 and 16) which are respectively fitted over said top and bottom intermediate shafts (11 and 14).</p> |
