A proportioner valve has a glue level indicator, to monitor and regulate the level in the valve. The indicator consists of a hollow chamber around a liquid column, which is connected via two channels to the glue chamber of the proportioner valve. The liquid column is limited on one side by a transparent tube section. The valve housing has a bore or channel which connects the air space of the glue chamber in the valve to the air chamber of the glue storage tank via a connection line. USE/ADVANTAGE - Applies glue to bores in workpieces. It gives even glue discharge, is more economical, extends life time of valves, lowers maintenance costs.
