Camera for photogrammetric evaluation of object - uses artificial light source providing monochromatic light for imaging reference markings onto object image surface

The camera has an artificial light source (4) for illuminating geometric reference marks which are not in the image surface (8), located at the projection centre of the camera (1). The light source provides monochromatic light of given wavelength, the illuminated reference marks imaged onto the image surface together with the object image. The coherent light is absorbed by a filter (9) in front of the image surface, having windows (10) acting as the reference marks. Pref. the filter comprises a glass plate with transparent windows, the image surface provided by an opto electrical sensor. ADVANTAGE - Provides reference marks without interfering with object imaging.
