Disclosed is a pharmaceutical preparation for inhibition of adhesion of animal cells mediated by alpha V-beta3 integrin, containing at least one cyclopeptide of formula (Ia) to (1) or its physiologically acceptable salt in amount effective for this inhibition and pharmaceutically acceptable bearer, selected from the complex comprising water, vegetable oils, alcohols, especially benzylalcohols, alcyleneglycols, polyethyleneglycols, glyceroltriacetate, gelatine, saccharide, such as lactose or starch, magnesia stearan, talc and vaselin. Use of these cyclopeptides for medicament preparation for treatment of trombosis prevention, heart attack, apoplexis, artery sclerosis, inflammators, angina pectoris and/or tumour disesase; for inhibition of adhesion of cells in osteoclasts occuring, for treatment of osteoporosis prevention and for treatment and prevention in wounds healing.
