<p>The present invention relates to a CMOS amplifier with differential input and output. The input stage comprises two branches, each of which comprises an input transistor (MN1, MN2). A common-mode negative feedback stage comprises a load (MP23) connected to the power supply high voltage, a first transistor (MP21) connected between this load and the common terminal of the input transistors, this first transistor being biased to the desired common-mode voltage (VCM), and a second transistor (MP22) connected between the load and the power supply low voltage (Vss), the gate of which is linked to a potential (VM) which is indicative of the average voltage of the output stage. An additional transistor (MN31, MN32) is in parallel with each of the input transistors (MN1, MN2). Each additional transistor has its gate at the desired common-mode voltage (VCM). <IMAGE></p> |
