<p>The present invention relates to a CMOS amplifier with differential input and output. The input stage comprises two branches, each of which comprises an input transistor (MN1, MN2). A common-mode negative feedback stage comprises a load (MP23) connected to the power supply high voltage, a first transistor (MP21) connected between this load and the common terminal of the input transistors, this first transistor being biased to the desired common-mode voltage (VCM), and a second transistor (MP22) connected between the load and the power supply low voltage (Vss), the gate of which is linked to a potential (VM) which is indicative of the average voltage of the output stage.
