PURPOSE:To effectively add a tube and to prevent a misalignment of a joining part from generating by inserting a core metal in the inner diameter of the tube and welding opposing tube ends. CONSTITUTION:A core metal 20 is inserted to a top end of a consuming nozzle 21, and a short consuming nozzle 22 to be added is fit outside the core metal 20. In this time, the length of the top end of the core metal 20 is preferably made as long as the length projecting outside the consuming nozzle 22. Next, the consuming nozzle 21 is clamped with a supporting chuck 6, and a welding position 19 is semi-automatically welded by using a CO2 gas with a torch 18 while rotating with a variable velocity motor 2. The misalignment is not generated at the joining part of both consuming nozzles 21, 22, and the welding adding can be easily and rapidly executed. |
