PURPOSE:To always supply hot water of a prescribed temperature by detecting a water temperature supplied from a water tank to a boiler, boiling water in the boiler by a sheathed heater and stopping heating, when the set possible hot-water supply quantity exceeds the quantity to be supplied vessel to which hot water is supplied. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water tank 2 passes through a valve 2a of a bottom part and a hydraulic switch 7, is detected as to a water temperature by a thermistor 9 and guided to a boiler 8. Hot water heated by a sheathed heater 8a of the boiler 8 is detected as to its temperature by a thermistor 10, and supplied to a drip vessel 3 being a vessel to which hot water is supplied through a pipe 6b. The hot-water supply quantity and a hot-water supply temperature are detected at a every prescribed time, and when the hot-water supply quantity exceeds the hot-water supply quantity to be supplied, heating by the sheathed heater 8a is stopped, and the valve 2a is closed. Also, when water in the water tank 2 becomes empty, the hydraulic switch 2 turns off the sheathed heater 8a. In such a way, stable hot-water supply is always executed automatically. This hot-water supply device is suitable for a coffee maker for business use. |
