PURPOSE:To improve a form stability and prevent an occurrence of a fire hazard by using a wet process by a method wherein stations are provided around a rotating shaft, and a process of forming a temporarily formed item out of a beated wood fiber group using a movable die, a processes of infiltrating a curing agent and the like, and processes of drying, curing under heat and pressure, and removing are successively conducted. CONSTITUTION:A movable die 3 is intermittently revolved from a first station S1 to a fifth station S5 on a turn table. In the first station S1, an extruder 6 provided with a first die 7 on the tip end thereof is provided for extruding a temporarily formed item by sucking out a water content by a vacuum pump 4 while charging a beated wood fiber group into a space formed by the dies 7 and 3. Next, in the second station S2, a transfer member 11 impregrated with a liquid agent of a curing agent, a releasant, and the like is pressed against the temporarily formed item. In the third station S3, the item is dried by hot air. In the fourth station S4, the item is cured under pressure and heat by a second die 14. In the fifth station S5, the item is removed from the movable die 3 as a wood formed substrate. |
