<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for operation of a switch and to improve safety by flickering a light emission diode during high speed running and continuing flickering of the light emission diode during a specified time starting from a stop. CONSTITUTION:An output D is transmitted by a rotation detecting circuit 7 to a timer 9 according to a signal C received from a rotation sensor 6. The timer 9 is started by receiving the detected signal D for rotation from the rotation detecting circuit 7 and flicker is continued during a given time starting from right after receipt of a rotation detecting signal, i.e., within a range of an output E. As noted above, by means of the rotation signals C generated in succession, a light emission diode 11 is flickered, as shown in F, during running. Right after the stop of a bicycle, by means of a last detected signal C, the light emission diode 11 is flickered in succession during a specified time set at the timer 9, for example 10 seconds.</p> |
