ELEVATOR STRUCTURE HAVING CLIMBING DEVICE IN LIFT OF CAGE FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK

PURPOSE:To enable extension of a lift of a cage quickly safely by separating the cage from the lift device while providing additionally a climbing device on the lift device so that the lift device can be moved upward every time a guide rail is extended upward. CONSTITUTION:A cage 2 is lifted through a rope 4 by a lift device 3 along guide rails 1 capable of being sequentially upward connected to each other. Then, the lift device 3 is composed of a frame body 31 movable along the guide rail 1, a lifting winch 32 for taking up and drawing out the rope 4, a climbing prime mover 33 and pinion 34 for lifting the lift device 3. the pinion 34 meshes with a rack 11 of the guide rail 1 to lift the frame body 31 along the guide rail 1 by actuating the climbing prime mover 33. Also guide rollers 35 are additionally provided on the frame body 31 so that the frame body 31 does not get out of the guide rail 1 during lifting.
