<p>PURPOSE:To conveniently paste veneer at the time of the production of even- number multilayered plywoods. CONSTITUTION:One set of adjacent veneers 4b, 4c positioned inside among veneers 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d constituting four-layered plywood 4 are superposed one upon another so as to provide the positional shift N of veneer length L/2 <=and together inserted in a double-side coating type pasting machine 1 to be pasted. Since paste 2 can be applied to the entire single surfaces of the veneers 4b, 4c and the half or more parts of the other single surfaces thereof, when the veneers 4b, 4c are laminated between the surface veneers 4a, 4d, they may be laminated by correcting the mutual positional shift of them and a required assembling time can be shortened. Since one pasting machine may be used, trouble such that the replenishment of paste is complicated and the disposal amount of residual paste increases is not generated.</p> |
