<p>PURPOSE:To attain excellent flowability of a kneaded material and to enhance resistance for freezing and thawing of a molding by feeding a lightweight aggregate having smaller water content than that of surface drying and saturating state into a kneaded material containing a prescribed ratio of cement, silica fume, water or the like. CONSTITUTION:Cement, silica fume, a high performance water reducing agent and water are kneaded and the content of silica fume and water is respectively 5-45% and 15-30% to the content of cement and silica fume. The lightweight aggregate (e.g. expanded shale) is fed into the kneaded material, is kneaded and molded to obtain the lightweight concrete. The lightweight aggregate has smaller water content than that of the surface drying and saturating state.</p> |
