PURPOSE:To provide a hard-coat composition for spectacle lens capable of forming a hard coat layer having excellent appearance, transparency, heat- resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance by using a spin-coating process. CONSTITUTION:This hard-coat composition applicable by spin-coating is composed of (A) at least one kind of substance selected from organic silane compound, organic polysiloxane, fluorine-containing silicone compound, organic titanate compound, their hydrolyzed product and metal oxide and (B) a solvent. The total solid concentration of the composition is 1-25wt.% and the solid concentration of the metal oxide is <=10wt.% based on the total solid content of the composition. |
