PURPOSE:To boil up an object to be boiled up by turning it positively, and also, to eliminate foam generated in the course of boiling up from a defoaming part provided in a vessel by injecting heating vapor toward the bottom part center of the vessel and turning it in the vessel from the arbitrary number of nozzles provided in a vapor passage part sectioned in the bottom part of the vessel of an arbitrary shape for containing the object to be boiled up such as raw ground soybeans, water, etc. CONSTITUTION:By a boiled-up object supply device 6a, an object S1 to be boiled up of raw ground soybeans is supplied into a cylindrical vessel main body 11a, and also, by a vapor generating part 3a, heating vapor is fed out to a vapor passage part 2a, and from each nozzle 22a of the vapor passage part 2a, the heating vapor is jetted simultaneously to ward the bottom part center of the vessel main body 11a, and turned in the vessel main body 11a, by that, the heating vapor can be allowed to work effectively on the object S1 to be boiled up. |
