<p>PURPOSE:To make an empty case disposable and recyclable easily with the volume thereof reduced simply by a method wherein the case is composed of a part in large diameter and a part in small diameter, both of which are connected together with a step bordering both the parts, and is so constructed that the part in small diameter can be bent at the step when pressed vertically and is thrust into the part in large diameter. CONSTITUTION:This package case for drinks or the like is equipped with a step 6 on its middle and is composed of three component parts including an upper stage 1 and a middle stage 2 forming a part in small diameter provided above the step 6 and a lower stage 3 in large diameter provided below the step 6. The step 6 is formed in a curve that heads toward the part in small diameter of the case and is constructed so that it can let the part in small diameter be thrust easily into the part in large diameter when pressed virtically. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 8, extending in the axial direction from the upper end 4, are provided in recessed form at equal intervals on the circumference of the upper stage 1, and similar ribs 9 are provided in projecting form on the lower stage 3. Thereby the part in small diameter can be bent at the step 6 and is thrust into the part in large diameter only by being pressed vertically, and the volume of the case can be reduced simply.</p> |
