PURPOSE:To uniformly press the whole by installing a drawing mold which is thinner toward the top edge in correspondence with a tooth mold and tightening an elastic body in symmetrical form into the tooth mold, in the molding of a tooth crown in which a thin plate made of dental material is nipped between the tooth mold and the elastic body and press-molded. CONSTITUTION:A tooth mold 1 as male mold shaped to a necessary tooth shape with plaster, etc., is placed on a pressing punch 7, and a thin plate 4 as pressed member is interposed between the tooth mold 1 and an elastic body 2, pressed by a creased press 9 whose periphery is elastically supported by a spring 10. The pressing punch 7 is driven to push the tooth mold 1 into the elastic bodies (rubbers) 2 and 3 having different hardness through the thin plate 4, and the thin plate 4 is shaped to a shape conforming to the tooth mold 1. In this case, the elastic bodies 2 and 3 are drawn, deformed into a form thinner toward the top along the shape of a recessed part 61 which is formed thinner toward the top in correspondence with the tooth mold 1, accompanying the downward movement of a drawing mold 6, and the whole of the thin plate 4 is applied with a uniform force, and precision molding can be realized. |
