PURPOSE:To enable low-temperature baking of a rust-proofing paint for improving the chipping resistance of a vehicle such as automobile. CONSTITUTION:This plastisol composition contains a vinyl chloride (co)polymer, a plasticizer and a tackifying agent as essential components and is composed of (A) a copolymer of a radically reactive monomer and a blocked isocyanate obtained by masking dimethylisopropenylbenzyl isocyanate with a blocking agent and (B) a mono or polyamide compound containing active amino group. |
