PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality decorative sheet whose layers each are integrated firmly to each other, a resin impregnating base sheet to which a pattern printed layer is transferred is impregnated with thermosetting resin, a sheet is formed by heating and pressurizing the same and the decorative sheet is obtained by curing the impregnated resin. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet formed of a release layer, pattern-printed layer and adhesive agent layer which are provided when necessity arises are formed in this order is prepared on a transfer base comprised of a synthetic resin film, the transfer sheet and a resin impregnating base sheet are heated and pressurized by piling up each other and peeled off from the transfer base sheet further, through which the pattern printed layer is transferred on the resin impregnating base sheet. Then the impregnating base sheet is impregnated with the thermosetting resin, the resin impregnated sheet is formed into a sheet by heating and pressurizing the same, the impregnated resin is cured, through which a decorative sheet is manufactured. |
