PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product having high reliability and an excellent quality, by a method wherein the title mixture is constituted of at least two kinds of pellets wherein a difference in fiber contents between a long-fiber- reinforced resin pellet and an average of mixed raw materials is at most 50%, a length of a long-fiber-reinforced resin pellet is 5-15mm and a length of a low-fiber-content pellet is at least a half of a length of the long-fiber-reinforced resin pellet. CONSTITUTION:Mixed raw materials are constituted of a long-fiber-reinforced resin pellet and a low-fiber-content pellet whose fiber content is lower than that of the long-fiber-reinforced resin pellet. Then a mixture of the long-fiber- reinforced resin pellet and a low-fiber-content pellet is constituted of at least two kinds of pellets satisfying a condition wherein a difference between the fiber content of the long-fiber-reinforced resin pellet and mean fiber content of the mixed raw materials is at the most 50wt.%, a pellet length of the long- fiber-reinforced resin pellet is at least 5mm and at most 15mm and a pellet length of the low-fiber-content pellet is at least a half of that of the long-fiber- reinforced resin pellet. |
