PURPOSE:To provide a motor-driven endoscope device in which the responsiveness in the curved switch operation and the curving operation of a curved part which is curved by an electric motor installed outside an operation part is improved. CONSTITUTION:A traction member 6 for curving a curved part 22 is wound on the pulleys 29a and 29b through an idler 33 by connecting one edge with the curved part 22. A revolution detecting means for detecting the revolution of the idler 33 is arranged, and motors 41a and 41b are equipped with encoders 42a and 42b for detecting the revolution quantity. The signals supplied from the encoders 42a and 42b are inputted into an encoder output detecting part 43, and the signal supplied from the revolution detecting means is inputted into an idler revolution detecting part 44, and each revolution quantity is converted to the revolution angle. Further, a slack detecting means 8a compares each converted valve of the motors 41a and 41b and the converted value of the idler 33, and the slack state of the traction member 6 is judged. Accordingly, a controller means 9a outputs the control signal for controlling the revolution speed from the motors 41a and 41b, and adjusts the number of revolution of the motor and carries out the curving operation. |
