<p>PURPOSE:To form a coat excellent in the anticorrosivity and the antiweathering by fusing a laminated layer having a modified low density polyethylene glued layer as the lower layer and a layer mainly composed of a polyolefin as the upper layer on the surface of the steel produce by roll compression or press compression. CONSTITUTION:A laminated layer having a modified low density polyethylene about 50-500mu thick which can be obtained through modification of a low density polyethylene with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as the lower layer and a layer mainly composed of a polyolefin resin about 0.5-5mm thick represented by an alkene polymer as the upper layer is fused on the surface of the steel product by roll compression or press compression. In addition, to improve the adhesivity, it is preferable to apply or coat-sinter an organic primer on the surface of the steel produce at a thickness of 50mu or less as a pretreatment prior to the fusion of the laminated layer.</p> |
