PURPOSE:To disperse the positions of generating the ink banding of respective colors by controlling the degree of mixture of ink colors on a nozzle face, securing sufficiently a space for a cap, controlling uneven printing because of stroke interference and feeding a recording paper by the height of nozzle groups. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle groups of 2-M, 2-Y and 2-C of height B for jetting magenta, yellow and cyanogen inks perpendicularly to the print scanning direction at the regular intervals L are disposed on a nozzle face 1 of a print head. In the nozzle groups of 2-M, 2-Y and 2-C, nozzle lines 4 in which nozzles 3 are arrayed in the direction perpendicular to the printing direction at equal intervals are disposed in four lines in parallel and in zigzag positions in the above-said direction. The interval d1 of the nozzle density is realized by shifted the arrangement of the nozzle lines 4. The size of intervals L should be sufficiently larger than the nozzle interval d2. |
