摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of picking work, by making a picking device travel between the line of a plural number of picking stations and the line of a plural number of palletizing stations set in parallel with the line of the picking stations. CONSTITUTION:Three picking stations 5 and three palletizing stations 6 are placed in the working range R of a picking robot 1 which is movable by being rested on a carriage 3, and single piece pallets Ps are placed on the picking stations 5 and delivery pallets Pm are placed on the palletizing stations 6, respectively. When a single piece pallet Ps is fed from an automatic warehouse 7 to one of the picking stations 5, the picking work of the three delivery pallets Pm is performed, and during this work, single piece pallets Ps are fed to and recovered from the other picking stations 5. In this way, the number of times of warehousing of the single piece pallets Ps is decreased, and the working time of the picking robot 1 can be increased.</p>
