LAMINATING MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminating material enhanced in water resistance and rigidity and rich in elegance by providing a wood layer, the resin layer laminated to one surface thereof and the fiber contained in the resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a wood layer 2 is surrounded by a retaining mold and fibers 4 are scattered over at least one surface of the wood layer 2. A molten resin is supplied to one surface of the wood layer 2 having the fibers 4 scattered thereon. The molten resin ready to flow out to the outside from the outer periphery on one surface side of the wood layer 2 is prevented by the retaining mold and the outer peripheral surface of the resin layer 3 is molded. The fibers 4 are impregnated with the molten resin to be embedded in the molten resin. Next, a plurality of laminated sheets 1 are superposed one upon another and release papers 5 are interposed between the laminated sheets 1 at the time of superposition to enhance the releasability between the laminated sheets.
