DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MULTILAYER FILM COMPOSITE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To continuously and easily produce a tape of a sheet form from a heat-sealable plastic film at a high speed without damaging mechanical properties and optical properties. CONSTITUTION: A large number of plastic film tapes 18-20 are heated under pressure along a flat sealing area to be sealed each other. The plastic film tapes 18-20 are allowed to run through the sealing area at places of an equal distance or at places of different distances to be guided on compression rollers 2-9. The plastic film tapes 18-20 are introduced into the gaps between the compression rollers 2-9 opposed mutually so as to form pairs to receive both of pressure and heat. The plastic film tapes 18-20 have seal layers on the single side or both sides thereof and these seal layers are melted for the first time by heat action and, therefore, sealing is performed on the mutual upper sides of the plastic film tapes forming layers in the sealing area 1.
