<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of antibacterial film having merits, which can show proper and effective antibacterial effect in proportion to the usage of antibacterial agent, has no limitation for the usage of the antibacterial agent and with which no development of discoloration and oxidation of a product occurs as not being effected by the highness of the extrusion temperature at extrusion temperature. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of the antibacterial film concerned is performed by using an extrusion laminating device and consists of process in which molten plastic extruded from an extrusion die D is laminated onto the surface of base material film F1 fed through transportation, and a process in which the suspension of metallic inorganic antibacterial agent M is sprayingly applied directly or through pinchingly attaching film F3 onto the surface of a cooling roller R2. Further, this manufacturing method has a process in which the surface of the cooling roller R2 or the metallic inorganic antibacterial agent M on the surface of the pinchingly attaching film F3 is contact-bondingly transferred to the surface of the laminated film of the molten plastic at the laminating process.</p> |
