SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING CUSHIONING PROPERTIES AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To protect a structural part from impact and vibration by a cushioning power higher than a cushioning power in accordance with an intrinsic hardness of a synthetic resin by a method wherein a synthetic resin for a structural part and a synthetic resin for a cushioning part are integrally molded, and a hollow part is provided in the synthetic resin of the cushioning part. CONSTITUTION:A structural part is molded out of a synthetic resin 1 by a common mold 4 and a mold 5 for forming the structural part. The mold 5 is removed, and the common mold 4 with the molded structural part held thereon is combined with a mold 6. A cushioning part is molded out of a synthetic resin 2 so as to be integral with the structural part. In the process of charging the synthetic resin 2 to be molded into the cushioning part, a high-pressure gas is injected for forming a hollow part 3.
