PURPOSE:To enable prolong of an electrode life and to obtain a welded material excellent in welding quality, appearance quality. CONSTITUTION:A working member 2a of aluminum alloy plate on the inside and a working member 2b on the outside are superposed. An electrode 11 having plural projections which are independent of each other and whose tip parts are thinner than the root parts is arranged on the side of the working member 2a and an electrode 12 having a tip part shaped into a convexed sphere is arranged on the side of a working member 26. The electrode 11 is made positive and the electrode 12 is made negative, the superposed parts of the working members 2a, 2b are pressed from the upper part and the lower part and current is supplied to make DC resistance welding. |
