PURPOSE:To execute an efficient and precise soldering with easy handling and operation. CONSTITUTION:The soldering iron 14 has the cylindrical holder part 16 and is arranged with the iron tip part 18 made of a transparent body like heat resistant glass at the tip of the holder 16. The laser beam outputted from the laser oscillator 10 is guided to the soldering iron 14 through the optical fiber 12. The laser beam, which is emitted from the lower end face of the optical fiber 12 at the lower end of the holder 16 of the soldering iron 14 irradiates the lead terminal 26a through the iron tip part 18 made of heat resistant glass. |
