PURPOSE:To prevent the skin from generating a disorder and foaming resin from leaking by hardly increasing a manhour. CONSTITUTION:After the fringe parts of a substrate 1 and the skin 3 are joined to each other by an adhesive sealing agent 2 which is constituted of 10-50wt.% rubber or elastomer, 1-20wt.% wax, 10-50wt.% tackifier and a 10-50wt.% softening agent and has penetration of a loaded needle of 50-300, foaming resin 5 is cast and foamed. Since the adhesive sealing agent 2 prevents the foaming resin from leaking and is flexible, the skin is prevented from creasing. |
