PURPOSE:To easily obtain a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material having a dense structure for a short time by reforming the surface of a sinterable carbonaceous powder to charge in an aq. solution, depositing the charged carbonaceous powder on a carbon fiber base material and heating and sintering the produced mixed body. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the sinterable carbonaceous powder is charged in the aq. solution by reforming. Then, the charged carbonaceous powder is deposited (electrodeposition method) on the carbon fiber base material to form the carbon fiber-carbonaceous powder mixed body. The mixed body is heated and sintered. To charge the surface of the carbonaceous powder in the aq. solution by reforming, for instant, the carbonaceous powder is added into the aq. solution after spraying a surfactant on the surface. For instant, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium linolate, sodium fumate, etc., is mentioned as the surfactant. |
