PURPOSE:To supply the best tea from selected tea leaves by determining hot water of an optimal temperature supplied to tea leaves selected from plural kinds of tea leaves by mixing hot water supplied from plural hot water tanks of each different temperature. CONSTITUTION:A tea strainer 8 is set under one of plural containing cylinders 12 in which various desired tea leaves contained, and after turning it with a motor 16, a hopper 18 is opened. The tea leaves are toasted by a heater 20, and thereafter, thrown into the tea strainer 8 by a screw 19. The tea strainer 8 is turned to under a hot water pouring port 7. City water is purified and stored in a water tank 1, and hot water of each different temperature is stored in plural hot water tanks 5, 6. The hot water of the hot water tanks 5, 6 is mixed into selected tea leaves so as to become an optimal temperature, poured into the tea strainer 8, and stored in an infusion vessel 9. In such a way, delicious tea is percolated automatically. |
